JEP ACTION SEMINAR
Jiri Stanek (a lead instructor) has been training martial arts more than three decades. He is also an instructor: krav-maga, kickboxing, karate, taekwondo, boxing, gymnastics, stunts and swimming. Krav-maga became his passion.
Jiri has designed his own system how to teach more effectively and safe (kids & adults). The JEP system is based on three mental & physical principles: health, strength, performance. Learn more about Jiri's instructor skills.
