JEP ACTION SEMINAR

Jiri Stanek (a lead instructor) has been training martial arts more than three decades. He is also an instructor: krav-maga, kickboxing, karate, taekwondo, boxing, gymnastics, stunts and swimming. Krav-maga became his passion.

Jiri has designed his own system how to teach more effectively and safe (kids & adults). The JEP system is based on three mental & physical principles: health, strength, performance. Learn more about Jiri's instructor skills.

JEP TRAINING CURRICULUM

First and foremost you will learn how to perform safe and keep others safe on a film set!

MARTIAL ARTS

You will learn how to perform all techniques and movements of your body safely!

FITNESS

You will learn how to train and design a training plan for yourself based on your skills and goals safely!

TUMBLING

You will learn how to design a training plan for yourself and be able to improve all your skills safely!

  • Forward Roll

  • Handstand

  • Handstand Rollout

  • Backroll

  • Backroll Into Handstand

  • Backhand Spring

  • Back Tuck

  • Dive Roll

ACTION REACTIONS

You will learn how to perform all reactions believable and safely!

  • Fights - bare hands and with weapons (club, baseball bat, knife, handgun)

  • Falls - back, front, side

  • Squibs

ACTION ACTING

You will learn how to perform all techniques and skills combined believable and safely!​
